Sostenibilidad del paisaje patrimonial de Santa María del Río, S.L.P. Estrategia de intervención

Abstract

RESUMEN En las ciudades existen elementos que componen su entorno y son sujetos a la asignación de significados por sus habitantes, constituyen símbolos atribuidos al valor histórico, social y cultural; es por ello que la gente se identifica con su paisaje y también reconoce los de otras ciudades, es entonces como puede hacer comparaciones y diferenciaciones, que permiten comprender la importancia que el hombre le otorga a su hábitat. Este trabajo de investigación realiza un análisis del paisaje patrimonial de Santa María del Río, y genera una estrategia de intervención en el mismo, que de forma sostenible busque su aprovechamiento y protección. Comienza con un análisis teórico sobre los paisajes patrimoniales, después se analiza la forma, función y estructura del paisaje patrimonial de Santa María del Río al identificar sus componentes, así como su vocación y área de estudio. Más adelante se elabora un diagnóstico sobre el paisaje patrimonial en el que se evalúan las potencialidades y deterioros para determinar el índice de desarrollo sostenible sobre el caso de estudio; por último se generan alternativas que permitan lograr un equilibrio entre los componentes del paisaje analizado cuya finalidad es la de impulsar la sostenibilidad del paisaje.

ABSTRACT In the cities there are elements that compose their environment and are subject to the assignation of meanings by the habitants, are symbols attributed to historical, social and cultural value. For this reason people identify with their landscape and also recognize those of other cities, it is then how can make comparisons and differentiations, that allow us to understand the value that man gives to his habitat. This research work provides an analysis of the patrimonial landscape of Santa Maria del Río because it generates an intervention strategy in the case study and seeks in a sustainable way the correct use and protection. It begins with a theoretical analysis of heritage landscapes, then analyzes the form, function and structure of the patrimonial landscape of Santa María del Río in identifying its components, determines the vocation of the space and the area of study. Later, a diagnosis is made on the patrimonial landscape in which the potentialities and deteriorations are evaluated to determine the index of sustainable development on the case study. Finally, alternatives are generated to achieve a balance between the components of the analyzed landscape whose purpose is to promote the sustainability of the landscape.
